Quality Policy
Policy Statement ESE (Scotland) recognise that we must continue to provide our customers with high quality products and services. To this end we accept responsibility to establish, effectively operate and maintain a Quality Management System based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 It is our policy to ensure that products and services consistently meet or exceed our customers expectations and requirements including given delivery and installation timescales. The company has a reputation for high standards of quality and is committed to a process of continual improvement by developing in every employee a keen and conscious desire to carry out their designated tasks to provide complete customer satisfaction. Objectives To continually review, refine and update our processes to increase our efficiency. To keep pace with improvements in technology by holding quarterly review of systems with IT Manager. To react to any market changes by continually monitoring our marketplace and reviewing information held in our customer database. To review customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis using information gained from our management information pack. Adherence to this polcy involves everyone, regardless of the duties he or she performs.
