ESE (Scotland)  won the full turnkey fit out programme for Pentland Components new head quarters building in Edinburgh.  This project involved the design, supply and installation of a mezzanine floor approximately 9000 sq. ft in size complete with escape stairs and lobbies, pallet racking and shelving including display shelving to the trade showroom area.  As well as these industrial solutions ESE also supplied  and installed all partitions (including jumbo stud partitioning, solid and glazed demountable systems partitioning), ceilings, lighting, heating and ventilation, electrics, flooring, decoration and furniture throughout.

The building warrant for this project was also dealt with by ESE and followed through until the completion certificate was granted by the local authority.

This 24 week fit out programme which was project managed by ESE met the required completion date and fell within budget.
