Dexion Introduce Revolutionary New Beam
The 'Silverline' Beam - Advantages & Benefits Pre-galvanised finish Longer term durability over painted products. The finish protects and heals itself when scratched unlike painted items that will continue to corrode. Profiled Beam Section allows beams to be stacked and loaded/ nested together allowing full weight capacity on deliveries (open & box beams are limited on number of beams per load, not weight) resulting in reduced delivery costs. Profiled Beam Section gives excellent visibility of beams at high level, together with strength of a proven I section. Profiled Beam Shoulder allows improved pallet location, encouraging FLT operator to locate pallet correctly away from the upright, therefore reducing possible damage to frame. Beam end connector on centre line of beam unlike a conventional open / box beam with the end connector on the front face of the beam (which positions the upright on the front face of the beam). The Silverline beam locates the upright 31.5mm back from the front face of the beam whilst maintaining the required rack depth front to back over the beams (i.e.900mm overall on the beams would use a 837mm frame. Angled Section of Beam The angled (approx 45 degrees) top & bottom section of the Silverline beam allows for labels to be located angled down towards the FLT operator. For a low beam position the label can be located on the bottom angled section facing upwards towards the picker. Removable Label holders These clip over the top section of the beams and present the label towards the operator at approx 15-20 degrees from vertical. The removable label holder allows labels to be fixed to the holder away from the rack structure and locations can be moved around to clients requirements. Proven Product Dexion are NOT re-inventing the wheel and looking for guinea pig sites to try out this is a fully proven product that has been used extensively throughout Scandinavia for a number of years.
